Heated vacuum table

Is used for preparation of Catalyst Coated Membranes (CCM), the central core of the Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA) in fuel cells. This Vacuum Table is essential for direct deposition of catalysts on to the membrane. The polymer membrane is held in place by vacuum at controlled temperatures for rapid drying of painted ink layers.
