Temperature Controllers
NuVant offers digital process control units which may be used to control temperature in actively heated regions (or other electrically manipulated process variables). The units may be configured to control up to six separate zones (price will vary by # of channels, specify upon request) and are ideal for temperature control of cells, humidifiers, and flow manifolds.

Mass Flow Controlers
NuVant offers digital/analog flow controllers for gaseous reactants. These mass flow controllers are capable of delivering gases at rates as low as 0.5 SCCM up to 1500 SLPM with calibrations available for 30 different individual gases and common mixtures (please specify desired gases at time of order).

Humidifiers
Humidity bottles are constructed from type 316 stainless steel with Swagelok fittings for gas inputs and outputs welded onto the bottle. Nafion tubing (2 meters in length) is coiled within the bottle to provide dew-point humidity level for the gas passing through the tubing. The bottle is insulated and heated using a silicone rubber flex-pad.

EZflow
A user-friendly multigas flow manifold that enables selection between four different gases for delivery to two outlet ports. Standard valves and fittings are brass. Options include stainless steel valves and fittings with copper, stainless steel or PTFE tubing. Choice of 1/4 or 1/8 inch Swagelok tube outlet ports. Controlled temperature transfer lines available. Dimensions are 10" x 10" x 4"

Parallel Array Reactant Control Manifold
The Parallel Array Flow Manifold is a five- channel reactant gas flow manifold with temperature and humidity control. It includes 5 high temperature precision rotameters for precise volumetric flow control, 5 miniature high-precision regulators, and internal heating. Outlet pressures: 0-20 psi; outlet flow per channel: 0- 100 sccm; maximum outlet temperature: 90°C. The system is enclosed in a 22”x12” insulated enclosure.
