Array MEA Kit

The Array MEA kit facilitates MEA preparation and includes:

+ A 10" x 10" array working electrode gasket cutting-die.
The gasket controls the compression applied to the gas diffusion layers on both sides of the MEA and providing sealing for fluid reactants delivered to the MEAs (Requires a 12" x 12" press).

+ Array counter electrode gasket cutting-die
A 10" x 10" cutting die for a PTFE counter electrode gasket.

+ Array MEA pressing Jig
Facilitates fabrication of array membrane electrode assemblies for both the serpentine and parallel array fuel cell systems. The jig enables final pressing of the array MEA with a 6” x 6” heated press.

+ Array pressing jig gasket cutting-die
Cutting die for array electrode assembly jig. Required for cutting PTFE sheets to separate the array MEA from the heated platens of the MEA pressing jig.
