Humidity bottles are constructed from type 316 stainless steel with Swagelok fittings for gas inputs and outputs welded onto the bottle. Nafion tubing (2 meters in length) is coiled within the bottle to provide dew-point humidity level for the gas passing through the tubing. The bottle is insulated and heated using a silicone rubber flex-pad. A magnetic switch coupled with delay relays provides an automatic refilling option for the humidity bottle using a metering pump (pump and relays not provided). Unit comes installed with sight glass for visual water level monitoring and 6” temperature controlled transfer line exiting from the bottle. Maximum operating pressure is 120psig. Thermocouples type for humidity bottle and transfer line must be specified at time of order. Price: $1,740 |
