Used for preparation of Catalyst Coated Membranes (CCM), the core of the fuel cell Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA). This Vacuum Table is essential for direct deposition of catalysts upon the membrane. The polymer membrane is held in place by vacuum, with controlled temperature for rapid drying of painted catalyst ink layers. The heated vacuum table is a turnkey system including the vacuum pump, bleeder valve, temperature control and a DVD teaching how to make a CCM MEA.
