EZstat Pro

Potentiostat Galvonostat

The EZstat Pro potentiostat/galvanostat uses a versatile menu-driven waveform generator (periodic or aperiodic) with preset battery cycling, Tafel plots, and cyclic voltammetry procedures. Users can program sequences of steps blending current and potential control with a resolution of 8 uS/point. EZstat Pro can perform electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and uses active IR compensation. The instrument can interface with the EZpump peristaltic pump for flow batteries and fuel cells.

Powerstat

High Power Potentiostat Galvanostat

The Powerstat line of potentiostat/galvanostat instruments allow precise, high power control for your laboratory needs. Choose between the Powerstat 05 (5 amp) and the Powerstat 20 (20 A). Both models have Step Impedance Spectroscopy (SIS) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) capability.

ArrayStat

Multichannel Potentiostat

Arraystat instruments are multichannel potentiostats that utilize a common counter electrode. 25 channel potentiostat with common counter-reference electrode for combinatorial chemistry. Three versions available: ultra low-current (ULC), low-current (LC) and high-current (HC).

ArrayPGstat

Multichannel potentiostat / galvanostat
  • Customizable potentiostat/galvanostat 5 – 40 channels.
  • Selected channels are parallel or sequentially characterized.
  • Electrodes are evaluated individually, row-by-row or simultaneously with selected sequence of excitation signals.

Impedance Spectroscopy

Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy Software

The NuVant EZware-EIS software package activates Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy on the EZstat-Pro, Powerstat-05 and -20 potentiostat/galvanostats. EZware-EIS exports the impedance data to a file format to accommodate free third party EIS analysis software. EZware-EIS is a user-friendly interface that allows selection of the proper scanning parameters, collect the impedance spectra, display data in Nyquist and/or Bode plots and export data in the proper data format for use in EIS analysis software.

Raman Fuel Cell

The Operando Raman Fuel Cell enables researchers to collect spectra of fuel cell membrane layers during operation. Operando spectroscopy is an analytical method for understanding catalytic materials and mechanisms. The cell dimensions provide versatility and ease of use in a confocal Raman microscope. The cell features a pin-style upper flow field to optimize flow distribution around a quartz Raman window.

IR Fuel Cell

Operando Infrared Fuel Cell

Operando spectroscopy is an analytical method for understanding catalytic materials and mechanisms. The Operando Infrared (IR) fuel cell enables researchers to collect IR spectra of fuel cell membrane layers during operation. This allows researchers to determine precisely what is occuring at the catalytic layer in real-time (unlike other types of analytical methods). Our  cell is designed to fit into a Pike DiffusIR™ accessory, but can be custom tailored to your IR spectrometer set-up.

Solid Electrode Cell

The spectroelectrochemical cell enables acquisition of infrared and Raman spectra of working electrode discs (variable sizes, up to 10 mm OD) under flowing solution. Working electrodes available include: Pt, Au, Ag, Cu, glassy carbon, etc. The cell uses a Pt-wire counter electrode and a Ag/AgCl reference electrode. For use with the EZpump peristaltic pump. Adapts to the Harrick Praying MantisTM Diffuse Reflection Accessory.
